They have experienced steady growth during challenging economic times and are now in a position to appoint a full time experienced Bookkeeper who can demonstrate a solid understanding of the XERO software, you will also be conversant with MYOB and QuickBooks.

Your duties will involve a combination of accounts payable, receivable, bank statement and GL reconciliations, journals and taking the accounts through to trial balance. You will be experienced in preparing and lodging business activity statements and have solid payroll experience. This role will suit a candidate that enjoysimpartingtheir skills andknowledgeto others coupled with a patient attitude due to the training and support that will be provided to their clients.

Being able to offer flexibility to your new employer is paramount this role is not your traditional 9-5 job, performance will be measured by technical competence coupled with attributes like commitment, excellence in customer service skills and having the ability to work and remain productive in an autonomous fashion.

Tertiary qualifications in an accounting discipline will be highly desirable and a reliable car is essential. Salary will be dependent on experience.

We are currently seeking a permanent part-time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team in Subiaco. You will be involved in a family business with diverse operations.

This is a part-time role where the days and hours can be accommodated to suit the applicant.

The role includes

Accounts Payable and Receivable
Accounts & bank reconciliations
Preparation of BAS, PAYG and Super requirements

Casual bookkeeper / Payroll Officer

We are looking for a Casual bookkeeper who is available to work 1 day (5 hours) a week with a possibility of increasing hours as the work becomes available

The role is very transactional and thus we need someone who will roll up their sleeves, and ensure that things are done correctly, first time around.  

You will also have some involvement with the change management process as we transition from using MYOB into Xero.
